Management Analyst
Position: Management Analyst
Requirement: s at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a closely related field.
Job Duty:

Analyze insurance brokerage operations and workflows to identify inefficiencies, using information systems knowledge to improve data management, policy processing, and client service.

Perform market, financial, and data analyses using business intelligence tools to evaluate performance and support strategic growth decisions.

Design and implement process and system improvements using MBA frameworks (e.g., SWOT, KPIs, ROI) to enhance efficiency and digital integration.

Prepare and present reports to senior management with data-driven recommendations on structure, resource allocation, and process optimization.

Collaborate with department heads and IT teams to gather data, define project scope, and implement operational and system improvements.

Monitor results of implemented strategies using performance metrics and financial models, making adjustments to support long-term efficiency and sustainability.
